STORE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

GoldinJin will happily accept returns as long as request is received within 14 days of purchase. Items need to be in original packaging, unused and in retail condition. Once returns are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to store credit for future purchases. You will be notified through email once this is complete. Please be advised, GoldinJin will refund only the value of the goods returned. 

  • No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

  • Once an order is placed within 24hrs we do NOT cancel orders. (Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • SHIPMENTS ARE CARRIED OUT ON MONDAY & WEDNESDAY MORNINGS!

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for your orders to be processed and shipped. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and take approximately 2-3 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via the email address provided with the purchase.

  • If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

  • GOLDINJIN is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
